Middenduin Productie levert management-, advies- en financiële diensten aan productiebedrijven in de verschillende fases van ontwikkeling. We vullen onze dienstverlening in met een sterke focus op een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak. Het resultaat van onze diensten is geen dik rapport, maar in overleg met de opdrachtgever daadkrachtig ingrijpen in het bedrijfsproces.

Middenduin Production provides management, advisory, financial and legal services to production companies in their various stages of development. Our approach in these matters is highly pragmatic and hands-on: instead of extensive reports we prefer to collaborate with our clients to forcefully intervene in the business process.

Ons team van experts op het gebied van Productie bestaat uit ondernemers met jarenlange ervaring binnen productieomgevingen. Vaak zijn zij zelf jarenlang eigenaar (geweest) van handelsbedrijven of zijn erbij in dienst geweest. Hun ervaringen en industrie-specifieke kennis kunnen zij als geen ander omzetten in concrete acties om het management van productiebedrijven te verbeteren.

De kracht van ons team ligt deels in haar jarenlange managementervaring. Een tweede sterkte is het omvangrijke netwerk van ons team, dat zowel vele relaties op het gebied van inkoop en productie omvat, maar ook bestaat uit vele ´verkoop´ contacten in verschillende sectoren. Aan de inkoop en productiekant zijn dit onder meer de toeleveranciers van materialen en (half-)fabricaten, industrieel ontwerpers, R&D organisaties, (technische) hogescholen / universiteiten, keuringsinstanties, en logistieke dienstverleners. Aan de verkopende kant valt te denken aan wholesalers, multiple retailers, DIY, specialist dealers, en vele andere.

Our team of experts from the production sector consists of entrepreneurs with a longstanding history in the sector. Mostly they (have) own(ed) production companies or were employed by such an enterprise. They are excellent in transforming their experience and industry specific knowledge into concrete actions to develop tangible improvements for the management of production companies.

Part of the strength of our services proposition is based upon the longstanding management experience of our team. Another important factor of our service proposition is our extensive professional network, which includes many contacts from both the ‘purchasing’ as well as ‘sales’ disciplines. Purchasing and production parties include, for example, suppliers of materials and semi- finished goods, industrial designers, R&D organizations, (technical) universities, regulatory authorities and transporters. In addition, our sales contacts include wholesalers, multiple retailers, Do It Yourself shops, specialist retailers and many more.
